This is a picture in Warrenton.I was the only one brave enough to take their shoes off and get in the Ocean!
and yes if I would have warn a swimming suit I would have went further.
It's not very often that I see the Ocean.
spider because these spiders were everywhere. There webs were beautiful! The spidees not so much and It was much bigger in real life.
On Monday night we had went to the Lewis and Clark fort. We were walking through the forest to get to the fort and guess who showed up and ruined my little day dream about Edward (from Twilight)?
Bella's a lot more stern looking in really life.
Okay, I'll quit day dreaming about Edward.
Sheesh, don't look at me thay way.
Okay just kidding. This is a statue of Sacag....Sacogwe...Sacogagawea (spelt right?) and her son Pomp.
Did you know that Pomp ended up growing up in a European Castle and when he grew up he came back to the U.S. and he actually led the Mormon Battalion down through Mexico to California?
I thought that was pretty cool!
They were so cute, but very stinky!
We were able to touch starfish, sea anemones, and sea urchins.
Pretty awesome!
This is haystack rock. It should look familiar too because it's the rock in Goonies.
Arrrgh Matey...
We drove to Tillamook and went to the Cheese factory which Shane and I went to last year. You can look at the pics here.
Pretty much that was it. The next morning we flew home. You sure know the vacay's over when you come home to a broken washer!
Bye bye Oregon, (shed one little tear.)
Love, Lacy
