Easter 2009

There are so many reason's to love Easter! It's one of my favorite holidays. I love Christmas, but Easter is more relaxed. There's less stress and hustle bustle to get ready.
I love the freshness and newness everywhere we look!
Here is just a little smidgen of our Easter weekend fun!
First my brother Chance's little girl Aspen came out early. Violet just loves Aspen! Violet asks daily to go to Aspen's house. Violet doesn't get that we can't just pick up anytime and drive 2 hrs to see Aspen.

Here all the girls are. I thought the girls needed spring pig tails. They looked so cute. Friday we went to Grandma and Grandpa Gardiner's house. I forgot my camera and was soo MAD at myself! I missed some awesome pics of kids and grandma had so many gorgeous flowers in bloom.
Later, we died Easter eggs at my mom's house. It is always chaotic and crazy and messy. But it's the best! I didn't have my camera. I will say though that Violet and Lilly managed to only get die on there hands and eggs instead of all down there backs and bum like last year. lol. Questen was very creative this year. He did some awesome eggs.

Then Saturday we had a nice dinner and Easter egg hunt at Shane's folks. The rain stopped for about 30 minutes and we made a mad dash for the hunt.

Questen was not easy to capture on camera. He was everywhere and nowhere it seemed.

Little Violet was helped by Whitley and they made a haul!
